1.全身站像:低机位

拍全身站像时,最显身高的区域在腿部,把腿表现得修长一些,自然显得整体身材更高挑。

低机位仰拍,自然是显腿长的最佳方案。实际上,大多数美腿照都是低机位拍摄的。

侧身低头,让脸看着小一些;两腿交叉,或离镜头近的那条腿踮起,轻轻靠在另一条腿上。

半身站像主要是对大腿与腰部线条的控制。略微侧身扭腰,可以让腰部线条更柔美;

而略微交叉大腿,用一条腿部分遮挡另一条腿。这样既可以修饰内侧线条,又能让外侧轮廓看起来更细。

此外,裁剪照片时尽量让取景框下缘接近膝盖,但不要露出膝盖,创造一种延伸感,让观众从心理上认为腿更长,身材更高挑。

4.躺姿:对角构图

采取对角构图,让拍摄对象的头和脚沿画面对角线展布。
